Sam at EMA patient transport visited us last week and gave us a fantastic tour of the ambulance and insight into the work that they do and can offer us at Abbeyfield Wey Valley Society for both our residential care home residents and also our home care residents.
He is extremely friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble for him and his team. Would highly recommend 👌🏼

EMA Patient Transport visited our home last week to discuss the services they provide for transporting private patients from their homes to a care home or other venues such as hospital. Sam showed me around their ambulance which was immaculate. I found him very affable and he explained the service they provide to clients which gave me the confidence to recommend them to any of our residents requiring this service. It was a great visit.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sam on Friday to discuss the EMA patient transport services and to show him the facilities at Bournview Care Home. Sam was extremely professional and polite throughout our meeting. He took the time to thoroughly explain the range of services offered by EMA and assured me that no request is considered too much trouble. The ambulance itself was well maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness and organisation. It was evident that all necessary equipment was readily available and Sam was very knowledgeable about all areas of patient transport and care. I would recommend Sam and the EMA team to anyone in need of their services.

EMA was used to move my bed bound mother an the end of Feb 25. The crew were Matt and Debbie. The service was excellant, both were empathic, caring and very professional. The vehicle was clean and tidy. Highly recomended.

Sam at EMA transport came and visited us at Chertsey Parklands Manor care home last week. He is very friendly and professional. Sam made sure he said hello to the residents and showed any residents who wanted to have a look inside the ambulance. I would highly recommend his service,

EMA has a great work ethics, treating all patients both secure and PTS, in a caring manner and with compassion.
It is a friendly environment where you can have a laugh and joke but more importantly we all work well as a team. No jobs are the same and there are times where you have to think outside the box to find a viable solution. It really is a great working environment.

Worked with the company for several years after two careers. Thoroughly enjoy the work carrying psychiatric and other customers to their destinations using up to date and well equipped ambulances. The team are a pleasure to work with and they always work in a caring, professional manner.

Trip to transport my elderly mother, recovering from hip fracture, over 200 miles to a residential care home in south-west from north-west England went amazingly well: lovely, professional and caring crew who got her there in good time despite blizzard conditions at times. John, the booking co-coordinator, was really helpful. Highly recommend for non-urgent patient transport, particularly in a stressful scenario.

Fantastic service moving a relative from hospital to a care home. EMA were great in accommodating some last-minute changes to plan, and the transfer itself was smooth, professional and caring. Staff kept me up to date as to pick up time and progress on journey. Nothing more I could have asked for.

I would like to say how pleased I was with EMA and the service we received. I did think it was a bit expensive to move mum such a short distance , but when the team left it was worth every penny.
