I would like to pass on my thanks. Both Paul and Clare were very lovely and very professional throughout. They had a look in the property to determine the best way of moving my father and causing the least trouble. Please pass on my thanks to the team he is much better in the home now. I was most impressed with the fact that I called on a Sunday night and I could actually speak to someone. I spoke to Sam twice on Sunday and it makes a huge difference when you are trying to sort transport and stressed to actually be able to speak to someone straight away. I would give EMA a 10 out of 10.

Back in July this year your company supplied ambulance transport for my wife, Christine. She was collected from Cullompton, Dorset and taken to Exeter Hospital and returned home after her treatment. She had suffered several strokes and was recovering from a recent triple heart by-pass. The ambulance crew were Steve White and Laura. They were brilliant. They could certainly teach other crews on how to handle patients who were in pain, had mobility difficulties and so on. Well done to them and The EMA Team.

I found EMA Patient Transport through some excellent reviews online. I organised transport for my grandmother Mary (Stage 5 Parkinsons) - EMA could not have been more reassuring, and very patiently took details of Mary’s needs, explained what would happen, and took time for questions. I always felt that their focus was on Mary’s wellbeing and care, and fully confident in their ability to deliver. Excellent communication, arrived on time, took great care and patience with Mary - could not have hoped for a better service!

Staff were brilliant, fantastic. Mum was very happy on the journey watching a film, would love Matt and JJ to be able to pick her up on the 16th December to bring her home. I have given the details of EMA to my local Doctors surgery and to the care home mum has gone into for respite as they didn't know any transport companies locally they could use. Would highly recommend EMA.
