We have ability and all vehicles are equipped to help patients with a broad range of mobility issues, with each vehicle having a stretcher, secure fittings for wheelchairs and ramps. Patients with their own wheelchairs can be secured into the vehicle, alternatively we also have chairs on the ambulances.
All staff have experience and are trained to support patients with Dementia, Alzheimer’s and other mental health issues.

We are also able to accommodate more unusual requests. For example, during one palliative transport booking, we were delighted to be able to work together with the Macmillan Unit at Christchurch Hospital to take a patient to Bournemouth Pier and beach.
