We are proud to have such a dedicated team of professionals at EMA, all of whom are compassionate, caring and have extensive experience and training in supporting patients. 


Secure and safe service 

Our main focus is to ensure the safety and security of the patient and we achieve this through providing a complete ‘door-to-door’ service. 

From collecting a patient and transporting them in our bespoke and well-equipped vehicles, through to dropping them off at their destination and handing over to their assigned individual, they are kept safe and secure at all times. 


Accredited and trained 

Our team has extensive training and experience in mental health transport and NEPTS. They undergo continuous professional development, ensuring they are educated and up to date with the best practices of quality and care in compliance with the Care Quality Commission.


Quality vehicles

We understand the unique requirements that patients can have, which is why each of our vehicles has been hand built and fully customised based on the needs of patients.

Each vehicle is secure and equipped with an extensive array of medical equipment on board and we also have a fleet of vehicles to cater to patients with varying mobility.
