Joining the EMA Patient Transport team means experiencing a dynamic and challenging environment!
You’ll work with our supportive and morale-boosting patient transport team to provide a high-quality service and level of care to our patients.
We recognise the importance of having a motivated team and that’s why we guarantee competitive rates of pay, no weekend work, personal development, regular training and a great benefits package.
We use ‘safer recruitment’ practices throughout our recruitment process to ensure that patients find themselves in a safe and positive environment. This continues for the duration of any team member.
As a company, we’re committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community within our workforce.
Working within EMA’s patient transport team you don’t normally have the continuous relentless pressure and grind, as you may get with NHS transport roles.
Based in Dorset and Guildford, EMA provide private patient transport across the South of England and London.
You will be working in a non emergency role on private ambulances, with mainly private patients, care home residents and also secure mental health patients that need transporting to their destination.
This is a patient-facing role, so we’re ideally looking for candidates with experience in care, patient transport services, forces or emergency services.
The position combines hands-on manual duties with strong caring responsibilities, so having a solid foundation in supporting patients and delivering compassionate care is essential.
As a company, EMA are committed to providing a fantastic atmosphere to work in. Offering competitive rates of pay, overtime, no weekend work, career progression and pension, to name a few reasons why EMA stand out from the rest as an employer.
